With the economy in recession at present, many families sacrifice luxury items. The food budget is necessary, but with careful planning there are ways to spend less money on food per week. Here are nine tips to keep your budget under the control of food.
1. Buy less tender cuts of meat and cook slowly in a glass jar. I want the stove to brown meat first to warm up quickly.
